I can not anymore. it's been so long. I have N but just can't drink it. it is one never-ending nightmare. does anyone feel the same? I can't find a partner. it's almost impossible to find someone, which makes it even more unbearable.

What's the difference if it's today, tomorrow, next week, next month, next year, never? CTB is about seizing control. You seizing control and doing what is right for you. Evidently, you are not ready even though you say you just "cannot anymore". You seem like you are OK with more, whatever that is. It may get better for you. It may not. If the time comes where you truly can't go anymore, you'll know it. In the meantime, all you can do is what you can do.
