I'm having an anxiety attack right now

Right now, here it is 5 am and I am in the throes of a severe anxiety attack, I can barely breathe, I feel a strong pain in my head and in my cheast and I feel paralyzed in my legs,I have visions of myself committing suicide and I feel the urge to hurt myself ... I would like to die while I'm crying all my tears right now and scream loud cause I can't take it anymore, I'm alone and I felt the need to write it here :( :( someone kill me i beg you

Thank you really for your help:) it means a lot for me...i just feel so tired of this pain repeating to infinite...feels like hell,it never ends.No one can see that you are suffering ... it seems an invisible disease and yet it is very painful:(

We see you. You're in a safe place to be heard. I hope you're able to get some deeper breaths in at this rate. A good cry is a good cry, I know panic attacks are beyond that but it'll move through you. I can sense your strength, you're tough to be holding onto so much.

I know what you mean but does have ways that its seen. We see it and to everyone else who you have compassion for because you know what pain feels like...they see it to, just in another way.

I know what you mean that a broken leg gets more accommodations and respect tho, but I think that is changing. slowly but it is, even from just when I was younger.

It's true ... but sadly mental illness is still so much misunderstood and that doesn't help...i hope the situation will change completely at least for the next generation

I'm sorry you had to go through this. It sounds horrible. Anxiety really can be awful. I understand that it is hard to carry on when you are suffering so much. I wish you the best.
