Haven't been on here since June 2020 and unfortunately I'm still alive. I'm still at rock bottom and everything in life is still going downhill. I was reading about SN and I think I'm going to attempt with that because the CTB method with rope scared me because of the possibility of messing up and being in a vegetative state for the rest of my life and also I cannot attempt jumping as I live in a small town and there's nothing too tall for me to jump off of.

Also, I have 2 questions regarding SN. Has anyone bought SN in Canada and if so where?
Do I need to buy antiemetics and acid regulators for SN to work?

You need to look at stans guide for SN regime. SN seems hard to get if you're not in USA but not impossible. You'll likely find it overseas and get it shipped to you in Canada.
