(copy pasting a reply i gave in a similar thread) if you suffer from stomach acidity maybe you should use antiacid for the 2 days prior. that's what Nitschke suggested in a livestream that i have difficulty finding rn, but it should be in the sn megathread. i saw it sometime ago.

thanks so much! I'm using domperidone as the antiemetic and heard recently that you need stomach acid for it to work, so I think I may need to skip the antacid unfortunately. Is this in line with what others have heard too?

i have unbearable gerd so i am popping tums like candy. about half a bottle a day. i also take famotidine when i have it. shit gets expensive.. i wish they didn't discontinue rantididine, that was my magic drug. of course i'm fine with the cancer risk but anyway.. i have anti emetics but they are also antipsychotics so they're no good for N if i ever get it... i'm thinking zofran or something but i wouldn't know how to get it. now i'm thinking of going in to the city and getting a couple of bags of heroin. i've o d'd by accident a few times so i'm sure i could do it on purpose. sorry for the rant i lost track of the point..

I have gerd but only if I eat tomato sauce,chocolate etc,and lay down before it's digested.

People love to overcomplicate this method, its extremely simple, put 3 tea spoon of SN in 50 ml of water, use 2 glasses with the same dose in case you vomit, drink the first glass, lay in a bed, drink the second if you vomit. Stop eating food 8 hours before and dont use alcohol or other drugs.

All the other medications that people talk doesn't make any sense since the SN is way too alkaline and way too powerful for paracetamol or antiacids to make any difference , actually that so called cocktail of drugs will make your stomach much worse those last minutes and of course you will have a major chance of vomiting.

SN does seem appealing to me as it's cheap and easy to buy, but then getting all the meds like meto, antiacid, beta blocker and god knows what else... it's too much as you need a prescription for every single thing. Then they say it doesn't work and you vomit anyway. Great, guess I'll just buy rope then, lol.

Trust me, you don't need any stupid beta blocker or any weird ass complicated medicament, you do as I mentioned before, lots of people have have passed away BY ACCIDENT with SN, you won't have any problem if YOU REALLY WANT to ctb, by following what I said.

One of the obvious reasons of why this method has been so overcomplicatd is because the guys that "came up" with this method are selling books and informative talks all around the world about ctb, they use all this information as a way to keep the interest of people that will waste their money on their shit so they change the format of usage all the time lol

Bumping again. I'm almost certain I have acid reflux/GERD now. I burp up a tiny bit of vomit sometimes, but it doesn't seem to really make it past my throat and it's never full-on vomiting. It's mild and doesn't bother me beyond making me concerned about SN, so I don't treat it. I'm not sure if I should or not. Would it really cause it to not work?

Does the fact that someone from Exit said this on a livestream, mean you could really have so much stomach acid that you resist SN? Or is it only suggested to make it quicker? Stan's guide says there's not enough acid in your stomach to neutralize all the SN, but I don't know if this applies if you have an acid condition.

i think it was suggested just to make the sn more effective. but i could be wrong because i have seen it a lot of time ago so i don't remember much. the video is in the sn megathread, is just hard to find because the megathread is so long

I'm conflicted on whether or not I should fast for +24 hours. I read that fasting too long could increase stomach acid and I also read that it could lower it. Nothing makes sense.
