If I had more money I wouldn't be so miserable. I would go on frequent vacations, would buy things that make me feel better, and would donate to animal charities every month, maybe I would try to get help from a professional who KNOWS how to treat OCD.

Definitely the first thing I would do, many years planning it with friends but they always backed off, at least I could visit it before ctb.
Bloat from fast food before ctb doesn't sound bad either.

If l had enough money l'd buy a Bungalow somewhere at least a mile from the nearest town(for essential supplies) then build a reinforced concrete wall at least 10ft high and 3ft thick with a watch tower on each corner '25ft high' a double garage, a small pool and a electronic gate! I would travel most of the world. Pay all of my college tuition lol. I'd ditch NN and go for a firearm/ just N alone. Average amount of money doesn't mean a huge lump some of money. The average employee can't afford fancy houses, cars, or to go on vacation lol. I'd just purchase a firearm, ammo, go to a range to get practice and buy a bottle or two of N then decide which one to go with (probably N)

If the question is if I earned an average amount of money, as in an average income, then nothing would change for me.

Where I live I am solidly middle class, so I don't have to worry about money but I still want to CTB. My issues aren't money related, though. Anxiety keeps me from trying new things and depression keeps me from feeling like I deserve to do anything for myself positive with my income beyond the basics (rent, utilities, food).

If I wanted to CTB due to money issues I would definitely think remedying that would be a huge improvement.
