If someone was to suffer from migraines and severe nausea/vomiting caused by those migraines, then a doctor might offer them a small prescription of M.......... all hypothetically speaking of course.

you may claim having a heartburn (pyrosis) or travel sickness.Heartburn sounds more convincing if it comes to prescribing heavier anti. Travel sickness - they may push you aviomarine or some weak herbal stuff. With meto, there have been some medical guidelines in the EU to withdraw from it - apparently may cause erratic heartbeat, whatever. The D is also problematic to get OTC
