i need help acquiring meto. any tips or tricks would be appreciated, especially from those who've managed to get it in the past without actually having the condition its typically prescribed for. i live in a country where suicide is very uncommon, so i feel i might have a better chance of getting it, since its not one of those medications people usually associate with overdosing or recreational use.

my plan was to go to a doctor and tell them that i've been experiencing ongoing nausea without knowing the exact cause, but that i still need relief. to steer them away from prescribing anything else, i would mention that a friend of mine had the same exact symptoms and said meto was the only thing that worked for them, as prescribed by their doctor.

however i'm worried this might raise suspicion. i get the feeling doctors are trained to avoid giving patients a specific drug just because they ask for it, which makes sense. or maybe i'm just overthinking.

i'm very desperate to get my hands on meto. any advice would help, whether its improving my current plan or suggesting something completely different. i'd really appreciate tips or a full method from anyone who's actually succeeded. feel free to DM/PM me if you'd rather not post publicly.

as a backup plan (in case i cant get meto), whats the best OTC antiemetic alternative? a lot of people mention dramamine, but i know its a deliriant, and i don't want to risk taking too much. i'm very lightweight, so overdosing is easier for me. seeing shadow figures and insects before death is the last thing i need. so i'll be avoiding dramamine. i'm just wondering if there are any OTC antiemetics that are as good or even better than dramamine.

thanks to everyone for reading and to those who comment and help. i'll update you all on how things go.

hey there. as a physician, I might be able to provide some insight:

metoclopramide is quite commonly used for migraine induced nausea. it's by far the most common reason for me to prescribe it. you should look into and memorize the specific symptoms of aural migraines and bring up with your physician that normal pain medications don't help, so you'd like to try triptans, which are specific migraine medications.

in a little bit, you should follow up with your physician saying that while the meds help with the pain, the nausea itself is really bad. at this point you can bring up metoclopramide yourself, or, if you want to arouse the least suspicion, wait for your physician to suggest it. either way, this to me wouldn't ring any alarm...

People have exactly done this - lien to their GP. Use the search and you will find threads about how to acquire meto in countries where it is prescription only. However, there's no guarantee it'll work for you. Good luck!

A other option is saying you get migraines / headaches that sometimes make you nauseous... there's lots of options on this one.

I guess any kind of consulting job. Managment consulting, IT consulting or whatever.

You may have an international client and have to meet them in person

Lie. Invent some symptoms. Get it from an online pharmacy.

You only have one posting, nobody can PM you, nor you, them.

Try searching out online animal/pet pharmacies. Same meds used for animals as people, just different dosages. You might find one that doesn't require prescriptions.

If one were to already have a track record of failed overdoses, would it still not ring any alarm bells in a physician's mind?

Hi @pastelspark

I don't mean to put you on the spot. Apologies in advance.

But since you claim to be a physician (Not trying to sound snarky, it's just the internet so you can never be sure) -- Can you speculate or confirm what death via SN would most likely be like?

I understand that people have different health histories and may have different reactions based on that. But, just a general idea without taking specific variables into consideration?

There's so much speculation and hearsay about it. People are just giving their best guesses and what they've heard other people claim.

It'd be really helpful to have an answer from someone that actually knows what they're talking about and isn't just going off what they've read online.

I've probably read just about every paper and case study about both failed and successful attempts on the internet but I'm not a medical professional. I can't properly interpret them.

If you can't or won't, I completely understand. But I do think it'd be helpful so people don't have to keep guessing, and can make an informed decision.
