You need to call the ambulance ASAP. If you fight through it long enough with the proper amount/mixture, you will die. However, if you find the pain to be too much or you change your mind, you need to get help.

If you can handle it then probably not, but if you'll feel extreme pain then you might want to call 911.

Hello @2nd Zed. I'm sorry you're contemplating such things. I believe there's no clearcut answer to that; the PPH says to get medical help if you throw up your dose of SN, while people on this forum seem to favour drinking another dose.

You do not recover spontaneously from lethal dosage . You cannot recover on your own . You either die or call for help .

I've been suicidal for several years now... for no particular reason really. Life is just very boring. Most other places ban suicide discussion, so this website is my only hope

I had already tried SN some months ago. I vomited out almost everything. I passed out right after that so I couldn't take another dose. My mom "saved" me when she found me lying unconscious and blue-skinned (I live with my mom)

My next attempt will be when I'll be living alone, which is not very soon :c

Why this is so crucial .
And a trauma for you

I guess that vomiting made PPH raised dosage, which may be better than Stan's multiple servings, as you experienced, and as @k75 suggested ('can we really take another drink while fainting?'). So it wasn't the vomiting in itself, but yet another "rescue". There's a good chance that despite vomiting you were about to die .. (blue and unconscious)

You don't want to try making it less boring before deciding that's it? I think one of our problems is not having any. I wouldn't put myself through this unless I absolutely had to
