Help Idk what to do about infestation

My house if full of cockroaches and I plan on to ctb soon I posted about this yesterday but no one responded. I'm unfortunately going to have to ctb in my house but I don't want the people to walk in and find me covered in bugs or there to be bugs in my ashes cause I'm going to be cremated. Ik I'll be too dead to care but this shit is gross no matter how much I clean there will be bugs.

Where I live is in really bad conditions so there are most likely multiple sources. But what I would assume is the main soarse source is the basement, there are broken septic pipes and it just dumbs out on the floors. There is no way for me to eliminate the infestation in my apartment before I ctb so I'm just trying to come up with ways to keep the bugs off of me. I'm thinking of wearing a mask so they don't crawl in my mouth.

Those devices are a scam and I've lived at my place for 3 years and I have to bomb every 3 months just for it to be somewhat habitable but there's literally nothing I can do to make them go away. My buildings should be condemned.

if your goal is to just keep them off your body, you can try in an elevated area with access to a lot of light/ keep a light on, ideally a drier area that isn't a bathroom or something. heavy scents also seem to deter them for a bit such as lemon or peppermint. cover your body tightly if possible cause no doubt if you're there for awhile the scent of decay will attract them no matter what, but that's just what i think from someone also with an infested place.

Hi, I used to live in a house with the same situation, any products used would only worsen the situation since it wouldn't kill The cockroaches but make them stronger. I remember my aunt recommending a powder. The brand was called "orthene" you can find it in Home Depot. You need to place a good amount in corners, cabinets, and on kitchen counters. Wherever possible. Try leaving your house for a night, then come back. After using it I never really saw cockroaches again, but if you have other insects like spiders, it won't kill those. I'm thinking of covering myself and the area in diatomaceous earth and wearing a mask to cover my mouth and nose. That's the best I can think to do with what I have right now. Honestly whether or not I got bugs on me when I'm dead hopefully it will shed a light on the situation of these buildings. That's really wishful thinking though cause it probably won't. The next tenant will probably live here within a month. I'm not killing myself specifically because of my apartment but it definitely hasn't helped I'm pretty sure there is black mold though here so hell maybe I am.

Perhaps the bombs will/can still "buy" you some "roach-free" time until you're found.
