You know, sometimes I think I'm glad I existed because there were happy moments, but really, I think I agree with you. I wish I had never existed. I wasn't supposed to exist. My father had an affair and my single mother was going to become a nun if it wasn't for me. Both of their lives would have been less complicated without me and I wouldn't have had to suffer. Sure, as a teacher I had a positive impact on other people's lives, but they would've had another teacher who would've done the same thing. Can we rewind 38 years or so and do a retake?

Exactly! We who have no children are usually seen as weak and weird to the society, but in fact we are very strong of not bringing another innocent life to this shit world. Besides, it's very selfish to bring another children here, hoping that they will care about us when we are old.

I should have been an abortion as my mother never wanted kids but she chickened out when she got into the clinic apparently.

How lucky are those who are able to accept the call of the void and exit this world as painlessly as possible.

Nothing is better in my opinion. My life is horrible. Neurobiological development is very limited in terms of facing real world issues.

When I was younger, I believed that if things got too overwhelming for me, I would either rise up to face them, or die in the process.

The fact that neither has happened is a development so unbelievably tragic for my quality of life that I cannot even process it completely.

I keep saying to my brain : you mean you can neither rise up to protect yourself nor can you kill yourself ?

I definitely think it would have been easier to never have existed but since I do and my exit is close I also think about a few happy memories (mostly from my childhood) and I really cherish them.
I will go back into the void sooner or later and will forget about this unnecessary suffering anyway.
So I stick to highlighting the things in my mind I still mildly enjoy like talking to like-minded/interesting people, dancing to my favorite music or watching funny things on the internet. It's no longterm solution but it beats getting angry at your parents for bringing you into this shitshow.
