I personally would never kill myself because of PSSD. I've had that forever but the akathisia and mental stuff are more than a human is designed to endure.
That sounds bad enough. I'm so sorry. I had akathisia for two weeks and that was torture. I can't imagine any longer than that. I was literally wanting to mutilate myself to try and make it stop. I was almost admitted to the ER lmao
