Venting I Wish I Had Never Gone to the Psychologist

A few months ago, I asked to see the school psychologist, and I completely regret having done so. Now my family has gotten involved in the matter when it is supposed to be my problem and I want to solve it on my own. Visits to the psychiatrist and the neurologist are not helping either. I am thinking of simply stopping going because they do not want to discharge me.

Never believe them when they tell you that things will remain strictly between you and the professional. Fucking lies.
