I will CTB today

I drank and tried hard to parcial hang myself last night, and i'm still trying it right now. I just can't find my carotid and feel nothing but difficulties to breath and something like a pressure in my head, nothing more.

I'm trying hard and need to CTB today, anyone here to help how to CTB properly? I'm nearly giving up and going to try the CO method, someone could send the tread about CO? I already searched but just can't find the post explaining how to do.

Thanks, but i still can't find where they explain exactly how to prepare the setup for CO method
