I was listening to police scanners and heard them talk about a dead woman

Police scanner in my area, I listened to the EMS one.

The police called the hospital, they said "just a heads up we are bringing a deceased female". Then the hospital was like "okay bring her to X location".

Just got me thinking about how one day they will make the call for me after I CTB.

Btw I literally just started listening to police scanners so this is like the 2nd thing I heard. Other thing was about a guy who ran from the cops.

I've been thinking about this a lot recently because there were several incidents close to me where people died and everyone is talking about it right now. There were a set of parents who were struggling with mental illness before they died and everyone on Facebook is talking about how shit the system is but they're also being cruel to the family. It ultimately ended with six dead people and I wonder what it was like for first responders. I know it can be traumatic.
