I can understand how exasperated you are. This life is truly unfair, and it always feels the best people never seem to catch a break. Those who are not enduring hell everyday tell the struggling to be more resilient, but as you've said, for many of us day to day life only serves to add more bad things on top of an existing pile of rubbish.
