Been told today that despite all my efforts to keep my job I'm likely to loose it. I've bided my time in hopes of a miracle but it's for not. Not sure how I'm gonna go but it's looking like the full suspension route for me. Already got my rope. Once I get home itll likely be the end. Didn't want it to come to this but I won't go back a failure to my family. I'm sorry for being a loser. Much love you all

Like you... You can CBT Ina peaceful way. I do t have souch luck. My family guards me 24/7 and today will be probably sent to psych ward for long months. In my condition ( very high anxiety, cannot sleep or do anything than ruminating and regretting) I will have a very hard time there. Two months ago life was perfect, now is worse than you can imagine. That's so pathetic.

Finally left the ER (unrelated to my CTB) got my rope in my bag. Going for a walk to find the perfect spot
