I need to do it soon. I will choose full suspension hanging. I can no longer live life. I have extreme anxiety right now.

I never thought I would come to this. But I hurt too much.

I do believe that full suspension hanging is a more peaceful way to CTB than what most think.

Unfortunately I do not have benzo's. I have researched the method. It's relatively simple.

Its the method I am leaning towards. I also plan to do it soon. Not the most ideal but seems about the best of the limited options/methods I do have. Good luck and may you find that peace .
