I've read Stan's guide to SN, but someone told me that it's not very accurate and it's better to read the peaceful pill's section on SN. That made me confused about the exact steps I should follow to ctb by this method.

Both are trustworthy, I have read a lot of goodbye threads, many specifically follow Stan's guide and others the PPH, others like me have made our regimen based on research considering Stan's guide, the PPH and the regimens of the goodbye threads.
