Probs bc like i hate life lmao. Now that im doing things "living" i just... as per before enjoy so much just zoning alone... i stopped feeling guilty bc it just made sense and still does but i feel guilty.

Can make living awkward if im not careful on balance... which just makes me resent living a little bit more...

This is the first time I'm hearing of maladaptive daydreaming and suddenly it all makes so much sense. Thanks for introducing me to this - it fits me to a T.

I definitely get sucked into my daydreams way too intensely... I get very bitter and upset if it's interrupted. Much of the time, I'd rather stay in my head. Problem is, I often end up dying or something in them, too... so there's that. But I love my headspace. It's a constant amongst change in a lot of ways. Makes it hard, though.

I am always daydreaming, sometimes I get annoyed if someone interrupts me. Unfortunately I think nonstop and just go off into my own world. Its so much nicer than reality.

Reading this has made me realise how little I've been daydreaming since I started shielding (self-isolating). I used to do it all the time and it felt so good. I didn't realise there was a name for it!
