Venting i just want to take my meds

I can't, for a while things are so unbearable that my head says i need to get high so i don't have to deal with my problems

every time I try to take my medication, a voice tells me not to take it, or to take more than one, I don't take more than one because I'm afraid they'll notice

I just want to feel good again :(
