Looks kinda like blood. Did you get it from IC if so can you pm me? Might be oil though?

I did use some alcohol to it wipe off and it gave me a hard time whipping it off so I'm assuming it must be something else

Don't worry about it. Just wipe it of. Don't open the package until your ready to use it.

Probably same batch. I don't think it's blood but who knows. As long as the inside isn't bloody im all good
