Ordered SN from DSL that was shipped on April 3rd. Initially, communication seemed good. However, I have been unable to get a response back from L* now that my package hasn't moved for almost a month.

Suggestions, ideas welcomed … this was no small amount of money for me as a person on SSDI, and I paid extra for the "courier" service that seems to have made no difference 😭

Mine didn't move either so contacted through WhatsApp! Might be worth a shot, mine is stuck too in original country it seems

Hi again. Since last time we chatted on here mine also hasn't left U*. I'm sorry yours has not either. I had ordered and paid on April 9, shipped April 11 and that package is considered lost at this point. I paid for a new order on May 8. The money has also not been easy for me. I remember your package tracking details. I would also consider your package lost since you haven't received in this amount of time. He will respond to your emails eventually. He usually responds to WhatsApp faster. I'm in US. Where are you again?

I am also in the US! Unfortunately, I think you are right as far as the package being lost. I'm debating whether to try emailing again asking for another package to be sent or to just cut my losses and try ordering SN from another, less pure source 😕 CTB should not be this much of a headache!

It is considered lost most likely because if you haven't received it in this long then that is the case. I agree with you. It should not be this hard. It's truly so difficult being in this position. I will send you private message later tonight or tomorrow.

It is considered lost most likely because if you haven't received it in this long then that is the case. I agree with you. It should not be this hard. It's truly so difficult being in this position. I will send you private message later tonight or tomorrow.
Mine is in Ukraine starting to move after a month. It's slow but coming

Yes, mine is too. We had the same tracking dates but if I haven't received it by now according to him it is considered lost. And the latest updates don't make sense for it to be moving out of country.
