Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

Obtaining the AE is also the bit that I'm stuck on. I requested a prescription from a local online doc yesterday (just trying my luck really), but have not heard back yet. Next phase of my plan involves a consultation with an online doc later this week hopefully. I know the generic name of the meds locally and what they are generally prescribed for so I'm keeping my symptoms and communication with doc within those same lines.
