• Hey Guest,

We wanted to share a quick update with the community.

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

about 12 years ago i had a semi-awkward encounter with someone who i was always a fan of as a kid.
a musician that i met in public.
it wasn't "awkward" in a way where he didn't like me or he thought "what an idiot", nothing like that.

but i was at the time going thru a lot, and i was extremely socially awkward due to all kinda things
... which have since improved.

so i always felt slightly embarassed about meeting him the first time just bc of the slight awkwardness.

but then a few days ago, i saw him once again in public, and i asked him for a picture.
things went a lot better this time around.

so it just made me feel like relieved, bc now there's no bad memory connected to the whole thing, like the title says it has "been made up for" or cancelled out.

and things like that are important before potentially and hypothetically catching the bus
