Waking up is the worst part of the day for me as it is the start of another day of my pointless existence. It is disappointing when I wake up and realise I am still here and I did not die in my sleep. I do prefer the night time personally as everything is a bit quieter then.

I prefer the night as well, as @FuneralCry says, it is a bit quieter then, and I'm a nervous type so it helps with that.
