so like i started trying to diet a few months ago because i hate my body and i hate being overweight and it went ok but was kinda slow and it just kinda progressed to the point now where i only eat like 600-700 calories a day and like i try to get micronutrients and stuff in with meal replacement shakes but alot of the time i end up eating something which means i dont have enough calories left for my shakes, plus i kinda try to stay under my protein goal because i wanna lose muscle.
the worst deficiencies are probably protein and electrolytes, if i dont remember to take electrolyte supplements i start getting cramps everywhere and sometimes heart palpitations. the lack of protein means my muscles hurt from like everything now. my shoulders and neck hurt from using my pc for like 2 hours, my tailbone hurts from sitting down for too long, my shoulders and neck also hurt from walking too much
luckily i'm not reslly experiencing any hair loss yet snd my nails arent too bad but like idk. idk why i do this to myself lmao.
