lol yes, and then they ask "How has been your experience with ads"? Like bro you know a lot of them are crypto and other scams, or AI ads with super bad voices and translations...

When I watch YT in my Samsung TV is like wtf??? An add every 2 mins. I think it's because they add the YT and the Samsung ones!!!! Ad fest.

You'd be surprised, but over 90% of modern ads use AI in one way or another nowadays.

it's mainly used for voices, but it's also used a lot of text, subtitles, logos or even the video in its entirety.

It's just a matter of time before most of our entertainment is overtaken by AI. Like it's not already happening.

Have you seen the new Naked Gun movie? Bit of a spoiler here: Liam Neeson's character is sneaking about and reviewing some security footage to try and identify someone and, he has to sit through some ads first. It was one of my favourite parts of the film.

But yeah, I hate them too. Some must be breaking the false descriptions part of the trade descriptions act. There's no way the products can live up to their hype.

To me youtube is unusable without a solid ad blocker.

not just youtube, search engines are complete trash now thanks to google. all you get are ai-generated websites with variations on your search terms, their purpose is affiliate links.
