Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

soo my roommate had some Narcan he found laying around and he gave me it and i woke up i was passed out on the floor pretty close to fully ODing so i think in order to ctb ill have to wait for him to either sleep or leave so i know for sure he wont find me and ill have to take about 75-375mg to die so that's the plan for Friday i cant wait
I think I was close not sure really but I was definitely nodded out on the floor. my roommate found me gave me Narcan and called the ambulance was just released from hospital possible rehab now so there's that this is making me more suicidal in all honesty
ok now that part makes more sense. it sounded like you basically went to sleep then woke back up without any of the hospital stuff or people freaking out
If Narcan revived you and you didn't need further medical intervention you were more than likely not close to a full overdose resulting in death. 1-3 doses for transport to revive is standard to get you to a hospital for further treatment. If it just woke you up, which is a pretty rude awakening (literally. Instant withdrawal until it wears off), chances are it was not enough. I'm sorry you experienced that.
Just read you were hospitalized. I hope you're doing better today. Coming down can be rough.
It's free if you ask for it. Also if you're a chronic pain patient it's a must now to have "just in case"... like I said, I carry it. But I'm also a chronic pain patient.
