I feel alone and scared living with my psychosis anything someone out there has tried that helped them

I've had psychosis for a few years, but my situation was more circumstantial and escaping my environment was what helped. Would you be comfortable opening up more about whats going on?

I live in constant paronia and delusions . Like an altered reality

How bad is it? When did it start?

If you don't wanna take medication, then: eating and resting, making safe and clean space, staying clean with comfortable clothes, don't use drugs, talking to people. Also remind yourself that nobody is there trying to get you/you are safe and it's gonna get better if you nurture and ensure yourself you are safe there.

I just take olzapine and depkaote
I've been like this since 4 years old since I can remember I feel like I can't do it anymore

Forget, I readed wrong. Sounds tough. I have had psychosis just a couple of times in adulthood do to spiritual awakenings.

No I have it 24/7 that's why I thought it' best to escape

So I would make stories up . Like I dated this guy and my entire story about him was false .

I take quetiapine for psychosis, I hear voices, and occasional, but not very often, hallucinate visually.

It's sad i take olazpine and its kinda working not so much

I can try but I'm so disconnected from the world that I don't know if anything will works llllll
