I wouldn't beat yourself up over not CTB'ing, it's a battle between 20,000 ish years of survival instincts and other complications like method setup, I believe you should document what went wrong and reinforce the things that made you not get to your goal, Likewise to the scientific process or something (My Opinion) But do whatever you wish to do, it's in your hands alwaysSimilar threads
