I don't have the nerve to go through with it

As much as I wish for my life to end, I don't have the nerve to take the final step.

I have had some attempts before with partial but they got nowhere, I didn't even black out before the pain became unbearable and I had to release myself out.

I don't have access to any painless method whatsoever.

It's horrible to be who or what I am, some kind of sub-human, without having the nerves of desperation to commit to ending my life.

I can relate to this. It is my main problem too. I know death is the right answer for me and yet the methods scare me, and they could easily go wrong. I hate how we as humans are deprived of a right to die in dignity. I feel trapped on this earth.

It's this reason I always think about suicide by cop. The idea that I wouldn't have to do anything but wave a gun at an officer and he'd shoot me down. Bliss

I am also a coward.. I don't have the guts to ctb, mainly because I'm afraid of failing and surviving with a horrible disfigurement

I'm pretty sure that's the vast majority of people on this forum (me included). Unlikely to ever actually do it because we can't think of a method that's guaranteed to be fail safe and not exceed our pain threshold.
