I don't know if anyone else does this but when I hear someone say Happy New Year it actually triggers my body to cringe. Ugh, the though of another year is just way too much..

Yes, I understand. To me, there is nothing happy about new year, this year will likely be the same as the last one, maybe even worse. For me there is just more suffering ahead. I dread the future.Similar threads
