I'm sorry you are suffering. I can imagine it must be depressing, feeling like you cannot ctb because of other people. You should go for the voluntary work if you have the energy and motivation. Any kind of distractions and being involved in things can help. I wish you well.
It's not voluntary work as such, it is part-time and full-time employment in the charity sector.Similar threads
