Same. Can't see a psychiatrist until April. Who knows if I can last that long. Even if I can who knows if it'll work.

It's rumination and super high anxiety ahedonia, depression , total insomnia and so on... I am devastated, ruined my career, relationship and family life. Can't even watch tv ode do something else because it hurts a lot. I am walking around the room and scream"God, kill me!" No wonder my family wants to put my in the psych ward. I just can't stop myself from doing that, it's stronger than me.
