I began to self harm a lot few weeks ago. Literally hundreds of cuts everyday.
Nowaydays I do it less often, mainly before bed so I can have a peaceful sleep
Understand it is so addictive, right?

I don't know why it makes me feel better. Is it a distraction, or is it because it's a different pain? Or just being able to feel something, anything, other than numb and empty?

I do not self harm personally, but I understand it can be a relief for others. It can be a way to cope with the pain this life gives us. In this life there is plenty of pain and suffering.Similar threads
