Venting I am constantly reminded of my inadequacy

And it is so painful. I suspect I'm a narcissist, so whenever someone tells me something that leads to deep introspection and the realization of how much of an inadequate, evil person I am, it fucks me up so hard. This happens fairly often, so I decided to avoid people so I won't be reminded of who I truly am. But I still wish to interact with people, and every time I do that I end up in this sorry state. Fuck my life.

if you feel you are evil why not change for yourself? im not exactly sure what you mean because there could be a lot of possibilities but if you want to talk about it i could maybe give you an example of what i mean.
