Back when i cared enough to lose weight, i used to take hydroxycut weight loss supplements. Anyone know what would happen if I took the whole bottle at one time? Would it be enough to kill me?

Doubt it would do anything. It used to contain ephedra but doesn't anymore. The most lethal thing in them appears to be caffeine. Honestly wouldn't even give it any further thought.

Ephadra and ephedrine are stimulants like speed which notoriously reduce appetite. While it had that in it, it would probably be pretty effective. Now though it appears to be a mix of much less effective ingredients as they had to reformulate it for the FDA. Now it's like caffeine, cumin and stuff like that. Probably just living off it's old reputation. Snake oil style. I can't say I've lookes very far into it though so maybe I'm massively overlooking some things. It just makes sense to me that it would work with ephedra but not when that's removed and removed because the FDA don't approve such things.

Out of interest, did it work for you to aid weight loss? How does it work?

It gave me energy to excercise. In the span of 5 months, i lost 80 lbs. Ofc it was aided by better eating habits.

It's almost like they want us to struggle. I don't even have a large appetite normally but I'd try anything. Nobody else really cares about my physical or mental health except me, lol.

That's great! I lost 20 kg which is about 45 lbs and its such an uphill battle.
