This bridge is the High Level Bridge from Edmonton. My biggest issue is how to get through the high tension wires that they installed as a suicide prevention barrier.

Do you guys think it's a good idea to carry a mini ladder so I could jump? I don't know if it's a good idea to cut through the wires cause I really don't want to vandalize. Let me know thanks!!

This is how the barriers look like btw

Are there cameras? Lots of traffic? You're going to look pretty suspicious with a ladder.

There aren't cameras in the bridge but the traffic isn't so bad early in the morning around 12 - 4 am. It's throughout the day that gets really busy.

Looks like you'd need a pretty tall ladder to reach the top

Before you consider the jump too much, what distance is it to the bottom? And what is the landing - hard or water?

It's water, it's 152 feet but I am not confident mainly because people survived this bridge. It overlooks the Northern Sask River.

I wouldn't be confident at that height either. Not enough anyway. I'm giving myself away, although I really don't care, but we have a bridge called High Level where I am too. I think some people used to jump from the very top of it, but not in a while, though. Not sure how tall it is. It's pretty tall at the top of the supports. They put up barriers, but they're nothing like yours. Someone could get around them if they really wanted.
