How will you minimize water intake before you take SN since there are other drugs to take?

Im following Stan's guide stat method on SN. It's been written to strictly lessen water intake. However how can i avoid water intake for my initial drug intake i.e. Ibuprofen, Meto. How much water is ideal?

Assuming 50ml of water for 20gms of SN.

how much ml of water should i take for the pre-drug?
Not to mention ill be taking an antacid too prior to SN as my 2nd to the last step. I wont be taking Profonolol.

I suppose ill drink like a bird for the first 3 meds. 20ml per drug haha

Just place the tablet on your tongue and gulp a small amount so its enough to go down your throat
