How to obtain deadly propoxyhpene napslate powder from 100 propoxyphene capsules?

In peaceful pill handbook, as you see in the extension, says that obtaining napsylate powder from 100 propoxyhpene capsules, and drinking it may cause death.

I don't have any idea how to obtain napsylate powder from 100 propoxyphene capsules. Am I going to crush them?
