I met a boy two weeks ago and he said he liked me, I was never a person to cling to, even faster and I ended up clinging, but deep down I knew it wasn't true that he liked it, so today I went to a party wanting to meet him and also to distract himself a little from suicidal thoughts, Until I saw him with another girl and he barely answers me, what do I do now? I didn't imagine it would hurt so much, especially for a little while and I barely know the person

I try to be thankful to everyone I've met, even if just for a little bit, even to those who have hurt me. There's a bit of a beauty to being able to be part of anyone's lives at all when you've reached a point where it will always be out of your grasp. I don't know your relationship with him or what is expected from it. We're all our own people. I'd say maybe reexamine the situation and try to talk to him outside of it and be honest of how you felt and such. Focus on yourself as well, don't let uncertainties consume you or darken your perspective. It can hurt so much when we expect something from someone based on what they say, but we build some expectations up too high ourselves when we're all broken in our own ways. Give it some time and find out what you can and try not to beat yourself up too much in the meantime. Best wishes for however things turn out.
