How to make cbt by hanging/ and or jumping feel less scary.

Heavily debating cbt soon. Username says let not make it too 22, I'm fucking 23 now. I'm tired. And at my end.

I've tried od on meds before. With only one time being close to successful when I was 14. But got found too quick and was just left in a coma for a while.

Thinking roping myself in a near by forest, or potentially jumping as there's plenty of areas near by that are accessible to do so.

Any thoughts on cbt via hanging vs. Via jumping

And would taking lorazepam before help the fear?

I take Lorazepam and I feel like if you take a couple extra, I pass out or get dizzy with my other meds. Maybe you could get dizzy/tired enough and fall over?

This is exactly what I was thinking. Take enough to basically nod / pass out off the cliff or / off the ledge and into the noose.
