How to find drunk drivers?

I was thinking I could die by encountering a drunk driver on the road who could crash into me. I'll be as safe as I can be as to not harm other people, but I do hope that the drunk driver could both learn a lesson and I lose my life, or at least end up in the hospital. How do I find drunk drivers?

I should note that my dad encountered one as he was driving behind a big cargo truck on the freeway. The drunk driver slammed into the rear of my dad's car, and my dad was completely unharmed because his instinct was to swerve out of the way of the truck in front of him.

I'll try to replicate this situation, but I'll try not to purposely chase a car that's driving crazily.

I just want to know where and when it's ideal for this to happen to me without it being my fault as I'll try to stay safe for everyone else's sake.

This strikes me as a bad idea.

• Getting hit by a car is a good way to seriously injure yourself - potentially permanently - and a wholly ineffective and unreliable way to ctb. It's in the thread of "Non-methods that should not be attempted" for a reason (though it's lower down, which is maybe why you didn't see it.)
• Instigating a car accident, regardless of how careful you are, can cause serious harm to the other driver, and also to other drivers and/or pedestrians.
• It's not possible to find a drunk driver with 100% accuracy just by watching someone drive. Breathalyzers are used prior to making arrests for this very reason. So there's a decent chance that if you went through with this method, you'd be "teaching a lesson" to someone who is entirely sober.

Imo, if you want to ctb, that is your right. But what you've suggested reads to me like a recipe for injury and trauma to both you and others, and as a result, I'd encourage you to rethink your plan.

People get so desperate they look past it. They're the ones hurting the most.

People may not have access to stuff or have exhausted the idea of all other methods.

I think about running into the street in front of my hiuse maybe 30 times a day.
