How possible is ligature strangulation?

Hi all, I am suffering lots and I need to ctb before next week. I've been looking into methods and I found that night-night, SN, and ligature strangulation to be the most reasonable for my situation. Though idk how im going to get my hands on SN, possibly through my lab? SUPER risky so i probably wont do that (if anyone has any advice on how to get it then it would be appreciated; im from the US)

I think ill be going for the ligature strangulation method. I have two strong shoelaces and both are long enough to go around my neck and have a good amount of excess. I have been struggling to find my carotid and this is kinda goofy but all day today ive been touching around my neck whenever i got the moment to try and find my carotid. i think i finally found it and i even marked it LOL. I'm kinda weak, I don't have strong hands or wrists. Idk how successful LS would be for someone like me. I tried to pass out from "choking" my carotid but it hasent been working except i just feel light headed and my head feels a lil expanded. I heard this might be because i got the jugular instead of the carotid but IDFK.

Additionally, ive heard mixed reviews on LS and some people say its successful while others say its literally a scam. Which one is it? I really need help with this. This seems like my ticket out of this world and i cant express how much i am ready to ctb right now. pretty please with sugar on top somebody help me
