17. first attempt was when i was 13. 4 attempts since then that mattered. most of the other ones were just me taking a bunch of pills even though i knew i didn't have enough. now that i've found this site, i can see where those 5 real ones went wrong, and will hopefully be able to put a smarter plan together soon.

I've overdosed several times, mostly between the ages of 16-20-ish. Maybe two of those occasions were proper attempts, and they both made me incredibly sick. If only I'd known how painful and unreliable overdosing is.

My ideal way to go would be partial suspension.

25 - twice. Both uneducated and impulsive overdoses. Never was hospitalised for the second one, just out cold for over 24 hours. Hell of a nap

I'm also told that folks had to stop me from running out in front of a train once when I was blackout drunk. Not sure if that counts since I don't remember what my intention or mindset was. However, I was really fucked up and suicidal during that time in my life, and drinking an obscene amount daily.
