I'm getting really drunk before hand.
And I've stopped taking my medication for hallucinations (and the rest of them) for encouragementhow do you off yourself without fear? i would think everyone has some fear and i know i certainly do but i think you just have to say 'fuck this' and do it. Alcohol/benzos can reduce the fear but i would think it would still be there.
