for me a moderate amount of space, from thinking about it as a 'solution' sometimes, to (a bit less often) browsing for methods out of either curiousity or CTB wishes.

Thinking about it daily to varying degrees. Seems every decision I'd make is pointless because I'm going to ctb anyway so why bother. Thoughts about trying out non-methods or other things I've ruled out for one reason or another just to hope they'll work. Trying to source one of the more sure ones.
Putting on music, audiobooks, playing games to get away from the thoughts as I have no way to act on them right now.Similar threads
