Help How much grams do you need for SN to have a successful ctb?

Basically the title. Found a site I can buy it from now but idk how much I specifically need for it, and so that I'm not buying more than I have to.

I just had a thought. When taking sn can regular tap water be used? Or is it necessary to use something like purified bottled water or distilled water?
