Hello, I'm about to get another refill (I hope) for hydrocodone. I want to ctb. Does anyone know how many I need to take. They are 10 mg codeine with 325 acetaminophen. I don't want to puke my brains out, make a huge mess and then not die either. How many is too many? I want to leave as little a mess as possible. I have lorazepam, plus about 15 anti-nausea pills which I know I need to take a few of them first and give them time to kick in. I don't want to put anyone in a spot. Thank you.

Here's the thing, opiate OD has a very high failure rate unless you have something like F. The lorazepam will probably just put you out for a bit abd make you feel like you've been run over by a bus when you wake up. Tylenol OD will fuck up your liver and it is a long slow process. I would rethink things.

Unless you did a cold water extraction to be sure you only got the opiate and not the paracetamol - yes, your liver will be unhappy - to say the least. But why even bother with CWE if one plans to die and believes the method will succeed?

Also OP has a hydrocodone script so tolerance is a factor here too. Need to take more to reach a fatal level.

How many is too many? If you're trying to OD, there is no such things as too many pills. Like people have said before, very high risk of failure. You also have to keep in mind that if you've already taken OXY or benzodiazepine or any form of medication, you may have a higher tolerance to it.

my script has 180 tablets, crush up as many as I can, add it to a liquid and start sipping the fluid, maybe eat a few crackers or something. You all mostly have cautioned me that it won't work ... what does CWE mean? and I have to look up cold extraction, I have no technical experience. I take 6 a day usually, so yes I have a tolerance but if I could get 60 tablets down, I know my liver might be injured but if it works, who cares... I have anti-nausea meds I'll take first too. I also have gabapentin which I could, and blood pressure meds... I'm sorry to keep focusing on this but with all these different pills it just seems it has to work... Please help me.

Here it is: https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/20407360/, I hope it will work if you want to check it out, it said that it found for overdose the amount needed to be 0.47 mg/L (median 0.38 mg/L) in your system, but there were cases where people had high levels in their blood and were still alive. So you are right, but I need to at least try this, my typical does is 20 mg three times a day. I'm pretty sure I'll have to drink alcohol too, thanks everyone.

Seems like a bad way to go. At such a high acetaminophen-to-codeine proportion (and considering your tolerance), I'm pretty sure the ctb will be from acetaminophen and not the opiate. Which as othes have said isn't pretty (or even guaranteed). People have died from opiate overdoses but it's unlikely this will be it.
