Method How Long After SN Take Benzos

I want the sn to stay down by the time i take the benzos so the benzos dont get thrown up too but I also don't want to be concious very long and I want the benzos to work.

According to the guides, you're supposed to take benzos right after you've taken the SN.


I personally plan on taking a normal dose 30 minutes before and then taking the rest after the SN. You can look up the onset time for the specific benzo you're taking. Some are more fast acting than others. I think the meto might make the onset quicker than expected but I'm not sure.
